Russia faced challenges from abroad during the elections.
TodayPress TV reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin made the remarks during a meeting with Ella Pamfilova, Chairwoman of Russia’s Central Election Commission.
“This major effort was not only about the need to organize everything related to the elections, but also about overcoming the challenges created for us from abroad and the associated risks,” Putin emphasized.
