Ukraine’s hopes for “Patriot” missiles dashed
EU member states’ defence ministers have made no progress in efforts to secure “Patriot” missiles for Ukraine.
TodayPress TV reports that EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said this at a press conference following an informal meeting held in Ireland.
According to her, the meeting was limited to calls and discussions:
“As for the Patriot missiles, no, we did not reach any concrete decision today. However, there were calls and discussions regarding these missiles, and they will continue. Unfortunately, there was no progress today.”
