TodayPress TV reports that military expert Adalat Verdiyev said this.

“Whenever Pashinyan meets with any leader, he loses his composure, makes unnecessary and excessive movements, gestures with his eyebrows and eyes, and sometimes cannot even figure out which direction to go, losing his sense of orientation and spatial awareness,” the expert said.

He noted that this time as well, during the SCO summit in Bishkek, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan appeared to forget about the photo session while meeting with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and attempted to walk away.
