President Ilham Aliyev attends SCO Plus format meeting - UPDATED

The SCO Plus format meeting has commenced in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, according to TodayPress TV.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall in Bishkek to attend the meeting.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov welcomed President Ilham Aliyev and other heads of state and government.

The participants of the SCO Plus format meeting then posed for a family photo.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the Iris Ordo Congress Center in Bishkek to attend the SCO Plus meeting.

According to TodayPress TV, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov welcomed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Following the welcoming ceremony and a joint photo session, the heads of delegations will proceed to the meeting hall to participate in the meeting.
