London and Munich battle for Wirtz: Which shirt will he wear?

Liverpool are ready to consider offers for midfielder Florian Wirtz during the January transfer window.

TodayPress TV reports, citing Football Insider, that the club is open to reviewing proposals for the German midfielder.

Wirtz himself is interested in returning to the Bundesliga and joining Bayern Munich if an agreement can be reached with the English club.

Although a transfer in the middle of the season is considered unlikely, Bayern are closely monitoring the situation and plan to submit an official offer. Liverpool, meanwhile, do not want to let the player leave in January but are open to considering incoming offers.

It should be noted that London club Chelsea are also interested in Wirtz. The player has a close and positive relationship with Chelsea’s new head coach dating back to their time together at Bayer 04.
