Turkmenistan bans Iranian airlines from using its airspace
Turkmenistan has not allowed Iranian airlines to use its airspace.
TodayPress TV reports, citing the Tehran bureau of APA, that the information was provided by Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization.
According to the report, after Turkmenistan denied Iranian airlines permission to transit its airspace, a Tehran-Dushanbe flight was unable to land at its destination and was forced to return to Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran.
