Galatasaray make move for Batrakov – €25 million transfer

Galatasaray have announced that they have begun official negotiations to sign Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder Aleksey Batrakov.

TodayPress TV reports, citing the Istanbul club’s press service, that the 20-year-old footballer will sign a contract with Galatasaray after undergoing a medical examination.

Earlier reports stated that the transfer fee would be €25 million, with an additional €4 million in bonuses included in the deal. Batrakov is reportedly set to sign a four-year contract with Galatasaray.

A product of the Lokomotiv academy, Batrakov has made 84 appearances for the first team, scoring 34 goals and providing 23 assists.
