Syria and Hezbollah hold talks in Türkiye
Representatives of the Syrian government and Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement have held direct talks in Türkiye aimed at easing tensions between the two sides.

The meeting took place at least once last month and was held behind closed doors.
The talks were attended by Hezbollah representatives, as well as officials from Syrian intelligence agencies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was held at the invitation of Turkish security and intelligence agencies as part of efforts to reduce tensions.
